The Adventures Of Alvin The Eagle (Chapter 16: Helen, The Daughter Of Alvin)
on 2011年7月13日

Helen was still just a little fuzzball at that time. Her favorite food was brown trout that Alvin fished for her. Soon she sprouted flight feathers* and grew flight muscles*. Finally it was time for her to fly for the first time. She started by jumping and flapping her wings. Then she lept off her nest and spread her wings. she caught the wind and was gliding in no time. Helen loved the feeling of flight. She loved the feel of the wind in her feathers. She loved the view below. She flew back to the nest and told Alvin that she loved the feel of it. Helen also dreamed about it. What will happen tomorrow?

*flight feathers-Special feathers that catch the breeze and help the bird fly.

*flight muscles-Special muscles that can push the wings up and down strong enough to let the bird fly.
