The golden kite fell threw the air, flapping his wings uselessly. They all looked at Helen. Then they looked back at the falling kite. He hit the ground and from eyes to the whole rest of his body, his golden color slowly eroded away. When he flew back up, he looked like any ordanary bird. "Dumb witch. Can't make everything proof spells." Then he looked at Bold, who backed away. "I will work for you only if you can help me find a better witch, you featherball!" shouted the kite. Suddenly Helen zaped the kite a second time. He flew away from the lazers as fast as he could until he reached the edge of a nearby canyon. The lazars hit him. Then he fell down the edge of the canyon. Not only did it break his bones, but it also shattered his heart.
