The spitting cobra  is one of the most fascinating snakes ever. They spit out venom from their venom glands. That's how they got their name. When predators or prey come by, the snake's target is their eyes. It can target it's prey from 20 feet away! Spitting cobras have flipping fangs. That means they have fangs that can fold up, like rattlesnakes. The spitting cobra is hard to photograph because of it's spitting ability. You should wear safety goggles or glasses in case the spitting snake spits. Did I mention the venom of a spitting cobra can be fatal?
